1. Chat
Call, WhatsApp or email. Tell us the rough scope, timeline and any photos or plans you've got. We'll say up front if it's in our wheelhouse.
2. Site visit
Free within 20 miles of Crawley. Come and measure, spot anything unexpected, discuss options.
3. Written quote
Line-by-line, what's included, what's excluded, how long it'll take, how we handle changes. No pressure, no expiry timer.
4. Book it in
Deposit on bigger jobs only (typically 20% for supply-and-fit). Start date confirmed in writing.
5. On the tools
We're on site, not sending strangers. Daily photos shared. Tidy up every evening. Any scope change flagged BEFORE we do it.
6. Handover
Walkthrough with you before final payment. Snag list in writing. 12-month workmanship guarantee.
